  • Can you mix COVID-19 booster shots? If you are 18 years or older, you can choose which of the 3 available COVID vaccines to receive as a booster shot, regardless of the vaccine type you originally received. If you are 12-17 years old, you can get the Pfizer booster.

  • Do i have to go to the same COVID-19 vaccine provider? NO! You do not have to go to the same provider you received your first two doses with. 

  • What is the current guidance on timing of a booster after a recent infection with COVID? When the person is out of isolation and their symptoms have improved, they can receive a booster.

  • How do i receive a booster? If you are eligible, you can receive the vaccine through your healthcare provider, a vaccine clinic, or participating pharmacies.
