Community Health Surveys & Focus Group Opportunity
Are you a resident of Bethany, Hamden, North Haven or Woodbridge? We want to hear from you! QVHD has developed TWO surveys for district residents to weigh in and share insights from their own experiences/perspectives. Each survey will take about 5-10 minutes to complete. Responses will help QVHD better understand local assets and key factors in the community which influence health and well-being. Thank you!

With a grant dedicated to addressing the overdose crisis, QVHD is also conducting a survey specific to substance use to better understand awareness levels surrounding current drug trends, gauge perceptions towards services like harm reduction, and identify gaps in education and existing services.

Focus Groups
Allow residents to elaborate on health topics of concern, share more indepth insights on their experiences, and potential suggestions for solutions. Residents of Bethany, Hamden, North Haven & Woodbridge are encouraged to participate in one of the two upcoming focus groups.
Virtually: September 26th from 7 PM - 8 PM via Zoom
In-Person: September 27th from 6 PM - 8 PM in person at the Keefe Community Center located at 11 Pine Street in Hamden.
